Position Summary

Sr DP Analyst will have to:

  • control the Master data Products and Customers
  • create and update specific IBP master data
  • create IBP Planning object to enter forecast
  • collaborate with other DP Analysts and Market Demand Planners to be sure that historical data and Forecast Loads from 1 system to another, are correct
  • validate that the forecast is aligned in the different tools
  • clean historical data if necessary and update forecast
  • make requested analysis
  • share information and collaborate with Market Demand Planners and other DP analysts to obtain the best accuracy of forecast-
  • support Demand Planning Team and prepare a few presentations for International Modern Markets
  • collaborate with the Market Demand Planners to understand and to challenge the sales forecast
  • collaborate with Supply Planning to guarantee the reliability of forecasts to allow correct purchase orders
  • Develop Local Demand Planner skills to support back ups if necessary

 

He/ She supports/ ensures that:

  • Different types of analysis by segment and product family
  • Challenge different types of forecasts  
  • Produce different reports and document reviews
  • Create archives
  • Make other requested back up necessary in DP team

 


Responsibilities

 

  • Calculate products trend and analyze True base forecast quality by product segment, family and product ID
  • Challenge the baseline forecast and unconstrained demand with the support of other Demand Planners
  • Produce different reports, as sales over forecast- statistical forecast and True Base variances- monthly Cut and potential slobs’ analysis- Critical and redundant items with bad forecast accuracy -Daily evolution of fcst and product status
  • Support when required the building of the pack for aggregated S&OE (Sales and Operation Execution) and IR (integrated Management review) in collaboration with senior DP manager and DP Manager
  • Chase the identification and investigation of root cause of forecast errors
  • Support the int MM Senior Demand Planning Manager in her Projects to help deliver the required strategic priorities
  • Make archives from SAP-IBP tool
  • Versatile team player willing to step out of the comfort zone

 


What we are looking for

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of Experience in a supply chain (specific DP background essential if possible) or highly analytical role
  • Able to work remotely with the full DP and SP team
  • Fluent in English
  • Education requirements (degree level educated)
  • Number orientated analyst with strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage relationships transversally across at the DP team and beyond
  • Collaborative-minded and good communication skills
  • Project Management
  • Problem solving

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 1 other European language is a bonus
  • Ability to work with different cultural teams
  • Strong motivation to work remotely with different Teams
