Your role in our team:

As Spare Parts Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the Spare Parts Sales Department  to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer requests for spare parts supply. You will also promote spare parts sales based on maintenance reports, feedback from technical teams, customer visits, and equipment obsolescence. 

Main Responsabilities 

  • Monitor the processing of orders from the consultation to the delivery in order to comply with the established with the customer.
  • Ensure good communication with the internal support areas, namely the purchasing and logistics areas.
  • Promote activity monitoring meetings. 
  • Develop and monitor activity KPI's.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to maximize spare parts sales, including defining:
  • Promote the sale of parts based on maintenance reports, feedback from technical teams, equipment obsolescence and analisys of customer purchasing history.
  • Promote the continuous improvement process, often re-evaluating processes and working methods. Ensure compliance with the company's policy for quality, environment and safety.

Your Profile 

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably in Automation or Mechanical areas)
    Preferably, complementary training sales and management.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar functions and Team Management
