The Solutions Architect will engage with stakeholders to design and build scalable, AI-driven solutions from initial concept through to production. They are also responsible for mentoring team members and improving organizational workflows through AI-enabled technologies.
Nightingale College is looking for a Solutions Architect who thinks in systems, builds with AI, and owns a problem from the first conversation all the way to production. This isn't a traditional developer role — you won't be handed a spec and told to code it. You'll talk directly with the people who have the problem, design a solution that actually fits, and use AI-native tools as your primary build engine to bring it to life. At this level, you're not just delivering solutions — you're raising the bar for how the whole team delivers them.
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
