Content Development

Student Engagement
Monitor and encourage attendance and participation in virtual
sessions.
Provide one-on-one counselling and support to students, guiding

Student Assessment
Develop and administer assessments to measure students'

Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their personal

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed progress reports on student performance and
attendance.
Ensure timely updates of training activities in the internal MIS
system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training outcomes
and key metrics.
Placement Support
Assist students in preparing for interviews by conducting mock
sessions and resume-building workshops.
Provide support in identifying and bridging skill gaps related to
employability.
Continuous Improvement
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and
update methodologies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends to integrate new techniques and
tools in soft skills training.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with program managers and community mobilizers to align
training with project goals.
Support mobilization activities virtually to ensure enrolment of
suitable candidates.
