We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who doesn’t just optimize ads, but builds a full-scale growth engine from scratch — from shaping strategy to scaling channels to multi-million-dollar budgets.

This role is for someone who wants to make key marketing decisions, directly influence the product and its growth, and not just follow existing processes, but create them from the ground up.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads;

  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, Spend, and LTV;

  • Generate and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition and conversion rates, constantly exploring new growth opportunities;

  • Collaborate closely with creative and design teams: propose new creative ideas and provide feedback based on campaign performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in Performance Marketing;

  • Experience working with subscription-based products (web or mobile);

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets in Meta Ads (from $500K/month);

  • Hands-on experience with the US and Tier-1 markets;

  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, LTV) and ability to analyze and influence them;

  • Data-driven mindset: experience with hypothesis testing and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, GA4).

Nice to have:

  • Experience launching and optimizing Web2App funnels;

  • Experience working with Google Ads and other paid channels.
