We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. In this role, you will focus on building reliable, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure while applying strong engineering principles to infrastructure, deployment, and operational challenges.

The ideal candidate combines strong SRE expertise with solid software engineering fundamentals, applying best practices in coding, testing, debugging, and automation to infrastructure and reliability challenges. You will also leverage modern AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow to improve productivity, accelerate troubleshooting, and deliver reliable solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.

• Extensive experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

• Strong expertise with Kubernetes in production environments.

• Solid scripting and automation skills using Python.

• Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles, including reliability, availability, scalability, incident management, and operational excellence.

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including clean and maintainable code, testing, debugging, version control, and code review practices.

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar as part of regular engineering workflows.

• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively for coding, infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, testing, and technical documentation.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog or New Relic.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation.

• Comfortable with frequent, incremental testing and deployment practices.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of infrastructure and reliability challenges.

• Strong English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.

• Experience with AWS Connect.

• Experience building developer tooling, internal platforms, or automation solutions.

• Experience defining and implementing SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics.

• Experience with incident response, postmortems, and root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with additional programming languages beyond Python.

• Experience improving cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability, or cost efficiency.

• Experience contributing to application code or working closely with software development teams.
