A day in the life:

As Senior Portfolio Manager, you will lead portfolio‑level localization of marketing strategies, translating global brand roles, positioning, and audience segmentation into nuanced, market‑relevant execution. You will partner with markets to identify and validate priority audience size and tailor marketing approaches to local needs. In this role, you will also develop clear frameworks for differentiated go‑to‑market strategies across brands, ensuring clarity of roles, minimizing overlap, and maximizing overall portfolio impact.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead Portfolio-Level Marketing Strategy Localization - Develop and adapt marketing strategies for multiple brands within the region portfolio, ensuring alignment with global brand roles and positioning. Customize approaches based on local audience insights to maximize relevance and impact.
  • Audience Segmentation and Size of Prize Analysis - Identify, validate, and prioritize target audience segments across markets. Conduct data-driven analysis to determine size of prize and inform localized marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Framework Development for Differentiated Go-to-Market Strategies - Design and implement frameworks that enable markets to execute distinct go-to-market strategies for each brand, minimizing overlap and optimizing portfolio performance.
  • Cross-Market Collaboration and Best Practice Sharing - Partner with country marketing teams to guide execution, share best practices, and ensure consistency in portfolio strategy while respecting local nuances.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization - Track portfolio-level marketing effectiveness, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI and brand equity across the region.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field of study.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in brand management, portfolio strategy.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in data and statistical analysis.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in portfolio management software and tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office -- Excel, PowerPoint.
