Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer with extensive experience in Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), and Flutter. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications across both native and cross-platform environments. This role demands a deep understanding of mobile development principles, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Native App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin and iOS applications using Swift. This includes implementing core functionality, integrating with backend systems, and ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Cross-Platform Development: Leverage Flutter and Dart to build cross-platform mobile applications that provide a consistent and seamless user experience across Android and iOS devices.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security. This involves identifying and resolving bottlenecks, implementing efficient algorithms, and adhering to industry best practices.
• UI/UX and Responsive Design: Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user interfaces that are both visually appealing and intuitive. Ensure that applications are responsive and adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and orientations.
• API Integration: Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs to enable communication with backend services and leverage external functionality.
• App Store Deployment: Manage the end-to-end process of deploying applications to the App Store and Play Store, including code signing, submission, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively within a cross-functional team, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 4-8 Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in developing and deploying mobile applications.
• Strong Native Development Skills: Deep understanding of Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Flutter Expertise: Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart for building cross-platform applications.
• App Store and Play Store Deployment: Familiarity with the processes and requirements for publishing applications to both major app stores.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Passion for Mobile: A genuine enthusiasm for mobile technology and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
