We are looking for a Senior Golang Engineer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to develop reliable services, improve system performance, and contribute to the overall technical architecture.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
Build scalable REST or gRPC APIs and microservices.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
Develop event-driven systems using messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Improve application performance, reliability, and security.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
Requirements
6+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience in Golang.
Good understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go best practices.
Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of SQL, databases, caching, and message queues.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving and system-design skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing.
