Business Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for someone who sees what needs to get done and makes sure it happens.

You'll work across sales, accounting, product, and leadership to build better business processes, solve problems, and keep work moving. This isn't a traditional project management role — it's about understanding how things should work, finding gaps, and bringing the right people together to fix them.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve business workflows across teams
• Spot gaps, bottlenecks, and things that are falling through the cracks
• Bring the right people together to solve problems and move work forward
• Keep projects and processes on track from start to finish
• Follow through on issues and keep leadership informed of what needs attention

Requirements

What you are

• Experience coordinating work across different teams, departments, or stakeholders
• Background in operations, administration, customer success, healthcare, education, or another process-driven environment
• Comfortable handling work that involves multiple people, priorities, and moving parts
• Experience working in environments where processes aren't always fully defined
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A stable work history with experience seeing responsibilities through over time
