ProphetX is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own a dedicated engineering swim lane focused on growth-driven product capabilities, including promotions, onboarding, loyalty, referrals, personalization, and lifecycle enablement.
This is a frontend-leaning role (~70% FE / ~30% BE) designed for a small, fast-moving team. You will take marketing and growth initiatives from concept through production independently, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, shipping efficiently, and iterating based on performance data. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, and Data but operates with clear ownership and autonomy.
Contribute to frontend development in Vue.js or React
Support React Native implementations for marketing-adjacent mobile features such as deep links, push flows, and in-app prompts
Collaborate with engineering peers through code reviews and shared standards to maintain quality and consistency
Instrument events and funnels across web and mobile growth features
Maintain and integrate analytics pipelines and attribution SDKs
Integrate third-party marketing, CRM, advertising, and growth platforms across backend and frontend
Ensure data reliability to support experimentation, campaign optimization, and reporting
Partner with Marketing and Product to validate impact and inform prioritization
Identify gaps in the marketing technology stack and propose scalable, pragmatic solutions
Build systems that enable behavior-based and value-based personalization
Support loyalty mechanics including tiers, thresholds, and engagement rewards
Improve onboarding and KYC flows to reduce friction and accelerate time to first action
Enable experimentation across activation and retention initiatives without creating unnecessary engineering overhead
Design, build, and maintain backend systems powering promotions, incentives, and lifecycle mechanics
Implement deposit matches, bonuses, discounts, registration incentives, and similar features
Develop rules engines for eligibility, targeting, caps, expirations, personalization, and VIP use cases
Ensure systems are scalable, configurable, and built for rapid iteration
Own reliability, observability, documentation, and long-term maintainability of growth services
Write appropriate test coverage for revenue-impacting functionality
5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong frontend fundamentals on both web and mobile
Familiarity with web and mobile real-time communication patterns such as WebSockets
Experience integrating and managing third-party UIs and APIs at scale, including authentication flows, rate limiting, and webhook handling
Production experience building and maintaining services in Go
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience with event-driven architecture patterns such as Kafka, SQS, or pub/sub systems
Working knowledge of modern web frameworks such as Vue.js or React
Experience contributing to React Native codebases and shipping marketing-adjacent mobile features such as deep links, push notifications, and in-app messaging
Experience integrating analytics, attribution, and marketing SDKs on the frontend
Experience working within modern marketing and growth technology stacks, including analytics, CRM, attribution, and advertising platforms
Understanding of attribution modeling, identity resolution, and conversion tracking
Experience building or maintaining data pipelines that support campaign automation, reporting, and experimentation
Experience in sports betting, gaming, or fintech
Familiarity with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) such as Segment or Customer.io
Experience with A/B testing infrastructure or feature flagging systems
Background working within a regulated industry
