Senior AI Architect (Agentic AI & Services Transformation)

As a Senior AI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming traditional software engineering services into next-generation AI-powered and Agentic AI offerings. You will shape strategy, lead solutioning, and drive the shift toward outcome-based delivery models that create measurable value for our clients.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Defining and driving the AI and Agentic AI transformation roadmap, designing enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Generative AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Leading the transition from Time & Material delivery models toward deliverable-based and outcome-driven engagement models, establishing governance structures and KPIs that support measurable business results
• Architecting scalable AI ecosystems across cloud platforms (Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI), enterprise applications, and data platforms, embedding responsible AI, security, and compliance principles throughout
• Serving as a trusted advisor to client executives and senior stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, data scientists, engineers, and consultants through complex transformation programs
• Supporting business development by shaping strategic AI opportunities, contributing to proposals, workshops, and executive presentations, and helping define new AI service portfolios and go-to-market strategies

Your Profile

We are looking for a visionary AI leader who combines deep technical expertise with a consulting mindset and strong commercial awareness.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, digital transformation, or consulting, with 2+ years leading enterprise AI initiatives and delivering AI or Generative AI solutions at scale
• Strong technical proficiency in Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, foundation models, RAG, and AI governance, with hands-on experience across major cloud AI platforms
• Proven ability to design and implement outcome-based or managed service models, connecting technology investments directly to measurable business outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at C-level, facilitate workshops, and present complex ideas in a clear and compelling way — in fluent English
• A proactive, self-driven leader who thrives in ambiguous environments, leads through influence, challenges the status quo, and inspires teams through periods of significant organisational change
