ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As a Senior Ad Operations Manager, you will own the setup, management, and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple ad servers for a diverse client portfolio – while also shaping our overall ad server strategy and raising the bar for the entire Ad Ops team. Working closely with the Traffic, Account, Data Analytics, and Product teams, you will drive campaign performance, mentor junior team members, and act as the go-to expert for complex technical and delivery challenges. Your role will be crucial in maximizing ad revenue, improving team efficiency through process improvements and automation, and providing strategic input on yield, pricing, and inventory monetization.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities 

 

Strategy & leadership

  • Lead and mentor junior Ad Ops team members, providing guidance on campaign setup, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on yield management, pricing, and inventory strategy based on performance data
  • Identify and lead process improvements and automation to increase Ad Ops team efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Lead QA and best-practice standards across the team's campaign setups to minimize errors and revenue leakage
  • Act as the main point of escalation for complex technical or delivery issues, working directly with ad servers' support teams (e.g., Google) when needed
  • Contribute to forecasting and revenue planning in collaboration with the Sales, Finance, and Analytics departments



What you bring to the team 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Traffic Management, or a similar role
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members
  • In-depth proficiency with Google Ad Manager and other ad servers
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
