Job Description – Business Development Manager (B2B SaaS Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth by acquiring and managing clients in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or PropTech solutions, with the ability to understand customer requirements and position technology solutions that solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at real estate companies and agencies.
  • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable CRM solutions through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM records, and provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate new business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position the company's offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, PropTech, or enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand technology products and explain their business value to clients.
  • Experience in consultative selling and managing enterprise or corporate accounts.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
