Client company: Sekai

Sekai is hiring an AI Product Manager for one of two tracks: agentic AI experiences, or consumer/content product. This is a full-time, remote-first role reporting to the CEO. The team already serves more than 1M monthly active users and needs a hands-on product leader to own high-impact AI experiences across discovery, onboarding, engagement, activation, retention, and personalization.

You will set product strategy, turn customer insight and data into a roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, research, and leadership, and ship measurable improvements in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

Requirements

Required: demonstrated ownership of shipped AI-powered product experiences; strong product judgment, analytics, and cross-functional execution; ability to work with Pacific Time alignment.

Preferred: direct experience with agentic AI, LLM-enabled consumer products, content or creator experiences, onboarding/growth/personalization, and early-stage 0-to-1 product work. Professional Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred.

Compensation

$150,000–$200,000 base salary plus competitive early-stage equity
