Soccer Shots DFW South is looking for a driven and collaborative Scrum Master to join our growing team in Waxahachie, TX! In this role, you'll be the engine behind agile delivery — empowering teams, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects moving with purpose and energy. Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and guide cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum best practices and principles
Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery
Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and project health to stakeholders
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
Coordinate with product owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
Ability to build trust and influence teams without direct authority
Strong organizational skills with a servant-leadership mindset
