About the Role:
Soccer Shots - Tampa Bay is looking for a driven and collaborative Scrum Master to join our growing team in Tampa, FL! In this role, you'll be the engine behind agile delivery — empowering teams, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects moving with energy and purpose. Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor development teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
Identify and remove impediments that block team progress and delivery
Track and communicate sprint velocity, team metrics, and delivery timelines
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency
Shield the team from outside distractions and scope creep during sprints
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
Servant leader mindset with a passion for team empowerment and growth
