School Social Worker - Teletherapy

Are you a Colorado Licensed Clinical Social Worker looking for flexible, remote work?

Enablr Therapy is currently hiring part-time school social workers to provide teletherapy services to students in a virtual school setting for a minimum of 15 hours per week during school hours for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a W-2 remote position offering the convenience of working from home with a flexible schedule that fits your life. Pay based on experience is $42 - $43 an hour.

School Social Worker Position Overview:

This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 12 direct hours with students per week during school hours (Typically 8am-4pm). You'll provide school-based social work services to students virtually using Enablr's HIPAA-compliant platform. We're looking for compassionate, self-motivated clinicians with experience in school settings who are excited to bring their skills into a virtual environment.

Qualifications of a School Social Worker:

Candidates must hold an CO Social Work Licensure and CO Department of Education School Social Worker certification (CDE). A minimum of two years of school-based experience is required. Teletherapy experience is preferred but not required. Our supportive team is here to walk you through your journey with us. A private, secure workspace with a reliable computer and high-speed internet is necessary.
