We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Integration Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CPI and SAP BTP Integration Suite to design, develop, and deliver complex enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across SAP integration technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, security, and middleware, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise integration solutions using SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Develop and maintain integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration.
• Design integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications using appropriate integration patterns and technologies.
• Work with SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration for migration, enhancement, and integration requirements.
• Develop and manage APIs using SAP API Management and related technologies.
• Utilise Integration Advisor, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors where appropriate.
• Design and implement integrations using OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, FTP, and SFTP.
• Work with data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and XSL/XSLT for transformation and processing.
• Develop custom integration logic using Groovy, Java, or JavaScript.
• Configure error handling, monitoring, logging, retries, and exception-management mechanisms.
• Implement secure integrations using OAuth, SSL, SAML, JWT, and SSH.
• Work with SAP BTP services including Cloud Foundry, HANA Cloud, Business Application Studio (BAS), CI/CD, and transport management.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design reviews, and integration architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot production and development integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support testing, deployment, migration, and post-go-live activities.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes.
• Ensure integration solutions meet technical standards, security requirements, performance expectations, and business objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP integration technologies.
• Strong expertise in SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Extensive experience with SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration.
• Strong knowledge of API development and SAP API Management.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Advisor, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
• Strong experience integrating systems using OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, FTP, and SFTP.
• Good understanding of XML, JSON, CSV, XSL/XSLT, and data transformation.
• Programming experience with Groovy, Java, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Cloud Foundry, HANA Cloud, BAS, CI/CD, and transport management.
• Strong understanding of integration security, including OAuth, SSL, SAML, JWT, and SSH.
• Experience designing and delivering complex end-to-end integration solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage integration deliverables and technical responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, Ariba, or C4C is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate for BTP is desirable.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work effectively across distributed and cross-functional teams.
