About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for the Nordic Region to strengthen our presence in this key market. The successful candidate will focus on developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. A solid background in machinery sales and an understanding of the Nordic market will be essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth in the Nordic region.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, fostering relationships that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Nordic market.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote Dingli products and enhance the company’s visibility.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the machinery or construction industry, preferably in aerial work platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nordic market and established networks within the region.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in English; fluency in Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Nordic countries.
