We are currently looking for a SailPoint ISC Solution Architect to join KeyData’s Delivery team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions for enterprise customers. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, helping organizations modernize identity governance, automate identity lifecycle processes, and implement scalable cloud-first identity security solutions. You will lead complex IAM transformation programs while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable identity architectures. What You'll Do:
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions
- Design scalable cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) architectures
- Architect identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, access requests, RBAC, and policy governance solutions
- Design and implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and lifecycle automation workflows
- Lead enterprise application onboarding across SaaS, cloud, API-based, and custom applications
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, web services, and SailPoint connectors
- Architect integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and HR systems
- Configure and optimize Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Governance Groups, Lifecycle States, and Policies
- Design and implement certification campaigns, access reviews, and compliance controls
- Conduct solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical advisory sessions with clients
- Establish IAM governance standards, implementation best practices, and reusable frameworks
- Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and solution scalability
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Delivery teams to drive successful project execution
- Develop architecture documentation, implementation strategies, and operational runbooks
- Mentor engineers and implementation teams on SailPoint ISC best practices
Who We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, Identity Governance, or cloud identity architecture
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow
- Strong experience with SailPoint ISC architecture, implementation, and cloud identity governance
- Expertise in identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certifications, access governance, and role management
- Strong experience onboarding applications using OOTB, API-based, SaaS, and custom integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SCIM, JSON, and cloud integration frameworks
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud applications
- Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance principles
- Experience configuring Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, Lifecycle States, Transforms, and Workflows
- Familiarity with scripting or development technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Java, or Python
- Experience designing IAM solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading customer-facing architecture and implementation engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, IT, or related field preferred
- English language proficiency required
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- SailPoint ISC certifications
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Workflows and Transforms
- Knowledge of identity threat detection, governance analytics, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP identity services
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- CISSP, TOGAF, or other security/architecture certifications
- Experience leading enterprise IAM modernization, cloud migration, or IGA transformation initiatives #LI-AS1
