Job Description: 

HMD Trucking Inc. is looking for two Roadside Assistants who want to contribute to a successful team that embraces innovation and be part of an industry leading organization that consistently sets new standards.


Desirable Experience:

- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.

- Basic knowledge of tractor, trailer, truck, semi mechanical functions.


Job Description:

- Administrative duties include data entry, daily phone and email communication

- Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately

- Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road.

- Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone.

- Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the US

- Providing coverage for colleagues when needed

- Various other support functions as assigned


Work Hours:

1) Work hours: Monday–Friday, 4 PM–11 PM, and Saturday, 7 AM–4 PM CST
    Local Macedonian Time: 

   Monday–Friday:
11:00 PM – 6:00 AM (next day)
   Saturday:
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM


2) Sunday - Thursday 7AM-4PM.  CST 
    Local Macedonian Time:
    Sunday – Thursday:
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET


Experience:

  • Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (Required)
  • Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (Required)
  • Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience.: 2 years (Required)
  •  Proficient in spoken and written ENGLISH (must)
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to work effectively both as a Team member and independently
  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
  • Past work experience that is relevant is a plus
