We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care accurately and promptly
- Communicate patient needs and changes to physicians and the healthcare team
- Educate patients and families regarding care and treatment
- Assist with developing and updating care plans
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- This is a remote opportunity, must have a clean MVR
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required, depending on position
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused
