Currently, we are looking for a Revit & BIM Specialist to support the delivery of architectural and BIM projects within a growing property technology environment.
This role focuses on working with Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, model coordination, project setup, family management, and spatial planning. You will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure accurate, organized, and high-quality project delivery across a variety of architectural sectors.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong Revit expertise, a solid understanding of BIM processes, and the ability to manage project requirements independently. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong organizational skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your Duties:
As a Revit & BIM Specialist (Plugin Development) you will be responsible for:
- Creating, maintaining, and managing Revit models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards
- Working with Revit families, parameters, templates, and project setup
- Managing and coordinating imported DWG files and layer structures within Revit
- Supporting space planning, room layouts, and placement of architectural elements and equipment
- Performing geometry reviews and model quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborating with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to implement project requirements
- Maintaining organized project documentation and model data
- Assisting with BIM coordination and model management throughout project lifecycles
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and project efficiency
- Delivering accurate, complete, and timely project outputs
Requirements
Background in Architecture, BIM, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows
Strong understanding of Revit families, parameters, project setup, and documentation
Experience working with DWG imports and layer management within Revit
Familiarity with geometry analysis, spatial coordination, and object placement within Revit environments
Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
English language proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have:
Experience working on healthcare, laboratory, senior living, education, hospitality, or parking structure projects
Experience with spatial planning, geometric constraints, or automated placement workflows within Revit
Familiarity with AutoCAD and coordination between AutoCAD and Revit environments
Experience working in multidisciplinary architectural or engineering teams
