Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant (Junior–Senior)

Tech stack:

• Blue Yonder WMS (JDA WMS)

• Warehouse Management & Supply Chain Systems

• ERP systems (nice to have):

  • SAP

  • Oracle

  • Microsoft Dynamics

• Agile / Scrum methodologies

• Testing tools and documentation platforms (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS (formerly JDA WMS)

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes

• Experience in system configuration and implementation projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working directly with clients or business users

• English C1

Nice to have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

• Experience with warehouse automation solutions

• Knowledge of integrations between WMS and ERP systems

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Exposure to large-scale transformation or rollout projects

Project description:

Join our team as a Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant and support organizations in optimizing their warehouse management and supply chain operations. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver successful system implementations.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze warehouse management and supply chain business processes

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements

• Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS solutions based on business needs

• Support workshops, system demonstrations, and stakeholder meetings

• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution

• Assist in go-live preparation and hypercare support phases

• Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and business users

• Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
