Requirements

Basic understanding of content planning, hashtags, reels/short videos, and engagement metrics.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Ability to create or assist with captions, creatives, short videos, and posts.
Understanding of social media analytics/insights (reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to fast-changing digital trends.
