Remote Revit Specialist - Educational Projects

We are hiring a Revit Documentation Specialist to support a growing portfolio of educational and institutional architecture projects in the U.S. market.

The firm has extensive experience designing K–12 schools, higher education facilities, and other public-sector and community buildings. Its broader portfolio also includes aviation, corporate, hospitality, retail, master planning, and industrial projects. This position will focus on developing accurate, coordinated, and high-quality architectural documentation for projects throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural models in Revit.
• Produce construction documents, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and complete drawing sets.
• Support projects through different design and documentation phases.
• Coordinate documentation with architects, consultants, and project team members.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Incorporate design changes and consultant information into Revit models and documentation packages.
• Maintain organized models, sheets, families, and project information.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit.

Previous experience documenting K–12 schools, educational facilities, higher education, or comparable institutional projects.

Proven experience working on projects in the U.S. market.

Strong knowledge of architectural construction documentation and drawing-set production.

Familiarity with U.S. architectural standards, building codes, and documentation practices.

Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to work aligned with the Texas time zone.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

A portfolio showcasing U.S.-based educational, institutional, or comparable architectural projects.
