We’re seeking someone who understands the value of strong customer relationships, enjoys sales conversations, and can confidently guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs. Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound follow-up
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Follow up consistently with prospects and current customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships
