This role focuses on engaging cat parents who have recently completed a free trial, helping them understand their experience, and encouraging them to continue their subscription. Responsibilities:

Sales & Retention:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to customers who have completed free trials.
  • Present the product and subscription service clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
  • Handle objections calmly and guide hesitant customers toward a positive decision.
  • Support customers struggling to continue their plan and resolve basic account or billing queries.
Performance & Reporting:
  • Monitor personal call and conversion performance.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Share insights, tips, and best practices with the wider team.
Customer Experience:
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, professional tone.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality interactions that reflect the brand values.
  • Adapt to customer needs while maintaining focus on retention goals.


Requirements

  • Previous outbound sales, retention, or call-centre experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, confident articulation, and commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and resilient under pressure.
  • Ability to handle objections and influence customer decisions positively.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new systems and processes.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
