This role focuses on engaging cat parents who have recently completed a free trial, helping them understand their experience, and encouraging them to continue their subscription. Responsibilities:
Sales & Retention:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to customers who have completed free trials.
- Present the product and subscription service clearly, persuasively, and professionally.
- Handle objections calmly and guide hesitant customers toward a positive decision.
- Support customers struggling to continue their plan and resolve basic account or billing queries.
Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor personal call and conversion performance.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Share insights, tips, and best practices with the wider team.
Customer Experience:
- Build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, professional tone.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality interactions that reflect the brand values.
- Adapt to customer needs while maintaining focus on retention goals.
Requirements
- Previous outbound sales, retention, or call-centre experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, confident articulation, and commercial awareness.
