The QA Engineer will own manual and automated testing across web, mobile, desktop, and backend platforms while evolving test plans. They will also investigate production issues, improve QA processes, and collaborate with engineering teams to prevent bugs.
BlancVPN is a privacy product used by hundreds of thousands of people β the kind of product where a bad release erodes the exact trust we're built on. We're looking for a QA Engineer | Senior who's equally at home in manual testing and automation, and who understands that quality starts long before a release checklist.
We need more than a test executor β a partner who spots risk early, shapes reliable processes, and helps the team keep the product stable as it grows.

- Experience designing and maintaining UI and API automation
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools
- Ability to capture and read traffic (Charles/Proxyman) and device logs (adb, Xcode)
- Understanding of test strategy, risk-based testing, and quality metrics
- Ability to write clear bug reports and reproducible test cases
- Comfort working closely with product, design, engineering, and support
- Networks at a diagnostic level: TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTPS, proxy, the OSI model

- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated suites in delivery pipelines
