Project Manager - Corporate Training Content

The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the creation of high-quality corporate training videos. In this role, you’ll manage content planning, timelines, and delivery, while ensuring both quality and engagement. You’ll mentor SMEs and content creators, review scripts, storyboards, and animations, and suggest creative storytelling and visual ideas. You’ll collaborate closely with design, animation, and vendors to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor content creators in the development of corporate training videos.
• Plan and implement content roadmap, timelines, and project delivery.
• Review scripts, storyboards, visual assets, animations, and final videos to ensure content accuracy, instructional effectiveness, and learner engagement.
• Ensure on-time delivery of training video projects while maintaining high production and learning-quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvements and best practices to increase team productivity and the effectiveness of video learning content.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate learning, instructional design, eLearning, or training content development.
• 2+ years of experience managing content teams.
• Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong content review, editing, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to translate concepts into engaging visual and animation ideas.
• Results-driven, with an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in corporate training, L&D, instructional design, or learning consulting is preferred.
• Experience with multimedia learning content is preferred.
