Project Manager (Solventum)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Acting as one central point of contact for the project, both internally and externally. Coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors (as needed) for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Manage changes to the project’s scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Work with clients to define expected project outcomes and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Your Skills and Expertise 


To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and Four (4) years of experience in Health Information Project Management.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of Six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health Information Project Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management in Health Information and/or IT arena.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Excellent client facing and internal communication skills using written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding follow through.
  • Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Knowledge of Solventum HIS products.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to other individuals and team
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.

Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
