Job Summary:
Mythic is seeking a sharp, systems-minded Project Manager to join our team and help power the engine of the agency. Working under the direction of the Director of Project Management, you'll own the delivery of single-discipline projects end-to-end while supporting more complex, cross-functional engagements — building toward broader ownership as your agency fluency grows. The right candidate has hands-on experience in integrated marketing, media, social, CRM, or growth marketing environments, communicates proactively, and brings a high level of ownership to every project they touch. You'll gain direct exposure to high-growth client engagements and to a PM team that's actively building the infrastructure that enables Mythic to operate at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from kickoff through final delivery, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and flagging risks before they become problems.
  • Own the project calendar: schedule internal reviews, coordinate approvals, and adjust timelines in real time in coordination with department leads.
  • Coordinate internal resources across creative, account, and strategy to keep projects within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Create and maintain status sheets and project trackers across all active business lines, providing the agency with a clear view of the project pipeline and resource availability.
  • Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs as needed to keep the project team aligned with requirements.
  • Maintain and strengthen Mythic's established PM processes to uphold quality and performance standards across deliverables.
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Report project outcomes and escalate risks to the appropriate management channels as needed.
Required Skills / Abilities:
  • Strategically minded and technically proficient — able to facilitate collaboration and adapt internal processes to keep things moving forward.
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of the project lifecycle, with a clear understanding of how integrated marketing and agency work comes together across disciplines.
  • Proficient in Monday.com (or comparable PM platform) — able to speak confidently to how you've used it to manage timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Solution-oriented with a high ownership mentality — you spot what needs doing and move without being asked.
  • Sharp attention to detail across timelines, deliverable specs, and budgetary guidelines.
Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, with demonstrated growth in project complexity.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred; equivalent background in integrated marketing, creative, media, social, CRM, or growth marketing considered.
  • Hands-on experience with Monday.com or a comparable platform required.
  • Experience operating in both Agile and Waterfall project management environments.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • Light work that could include carrying 5 pounds
  • Keyboarding
