You'll lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of internal platforms that support our business operations, sales, and customer experience. From platform modernization and systems migration to cross-functional initiatives, you'll work closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to build solutions that improve how we work and scale.
What You'll Do
Shape Product Strategy
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for business-critical platforms.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive product decisions using data, user insights, and stakeholder feedback.
Lead Product Delivery
- Own and prioritize the product backlog from discovery through delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions that solve real business problems.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead transformation initiatives across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Data, and other business teams.
- Align stakeholders around product priorities and delivery goals.
- Drive platform modernization, systems migration, and workflow improvements.
Measure & Optimize Success
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve products and business processes.
- Ensure every release delivers measurable value to the business.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering software products in Agile environments.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience with systems migration, modernization, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, or data migration initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software development and Agile delivery practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments is highly valued.
