About the Role:
We are hiring a Product Manager to drive GP growth and product performance across the Thailand market. You will lead product strategy execution through data-driven insights, campaign optimisation, and customer journey improvements. This role focuses on scaling high-impact product initiatives, strengthening retention, and elevating cross-functional delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through data-driven product strategies across the customer lifecycles.

  • Develop and optimize campaign mechanics to increase user engagement and participation rate.

  • Enhance website UI/UX and customer journey flow to improve retention and overall experience

  • Lead, train, and develop team members to strengthen capability and performance delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product execution.

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory

  • Familiarity with product analytics, CRM, or campaign management tools

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members

  • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle models, engagement mechanics, and retention strategies
