About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems.

We are seeking a Principal Member of Technical Staff to provide technical leadership across the company's most important engineering challenges.

What You'll Do

• Define architecture for complex, high-impact systems.

• Lead company-critical engineering initiatives.

• Solve novel scalability, reliability, and performance problems.

• Establish technical direction across multiple engineering teams.

• Influence technology strategy and long-term architecture.

• Mentor senior and staff-level engineers.

• Drive technical alignment across Product and Engineering.

• Turn emerging technical challenges into durable platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of engineering experience.

• Exceptional system design and architecture skills.

• Deep expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure.

• Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale.

• Strong technical leadership and communication.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.

Nice to Have

• AI/ML infrastructure.

• Cloud-native architecture.

• Kubernetes and distributed compute.

• High-growth startup or scale-up experience.
