Pre-Foreclosure Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing adherence to and with the creation of procedures and production/workflow reporting• Ensure production standards for the Pre-Foreclosure group are met• Oversee investor-specific time risk loans• Audit/update procedures to ensure LoanCare is in compliance with government, investor, and client guidelines• Conduct daily team huddles with discussions about prioritization of workflow, production results, projects, company updates, etc.• Coordinate with Supervisor to delegate/prioritize required tasks • Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of all default, breach, and state-specific pre-foreclosure processes • Perform quality assurance checks for relevant procedure controls• Complete controls outlined in department procedures throughout the month• Complete side-by-side meetings with staff to ensure correct steps are followed and answer processing questions that may arise• All other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required• 2-4 years of foreclosure, loss mitigation, or other mortgage/real estate-related experience required• Expert knowledge of federal, state, and investor regulations specific to foreclosure• Ability to learn rules, regulations, and laws of all default departments• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiating skills• Adaptable and flexible with an ability to work in a structured environment• Ability to work overtime when required to accomplish tasks • Ability to work well on a team and focus on results • Analytical and mathematical ability sufficient to calculate/evaluate performance metrics and apply them to increase  efficiencies and resolve barriers and/or identified impediments• Proficient computing experience and typing skills• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong background in Excel

Compensation Range: $22.45- $37.69 hourly. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.

About Remote Employment

We provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a high-speed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPS.  

Work Conditions

Able to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.

• Sitting up to 90% of the time
• Walking and standing up to 10% of the time
• Occasional lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
