Role Overview

We're looking for an analytical, numbers-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own the performance and execution of our Meta Ads strategy. You'll be responsible for scaling HIGHER! beyond our existing audience by masterminding end-to-end campaigns on Meta. You aren't just managing budgets. You're a creative strategist who knows how to warm up cold traffic through sophisticated funnels, from the initial scroll-stopping ad to the final product conversion.

What you'll do

  • Own the full-funnel architecture: Design and own the entire user journey, from paid acquisition strategy through to the channels and funnels that support the challenge business. This means building end-to-end campaigns, high-converting landing pages and email sequences that carry a lead all the way to sign-up.

  • Lead creative quality control: Own the hooks, angles and core performance copy. We don't run generic ads. You'll have a sharp eye for what makes creative work, partnering with designers and editors so every ad lands with the psychology of the target audience.

  • Drive performance and ROI: Be fully accountable for the commercial outcome of your spend. You'll track metrics daily to make sure we're generating revenue rather than burning cash, shifting budget and tweaking funnel logic based on hard data.

  • Set the audience strategy: Own the thinking behind the traffic. Identify new audience segments, run the warming strategy for our existing audience, and understand what someone is thinking when they click and how to move them through the funnel (simple quizzes, commitment hooks) to maximise conversion.

  • Execute lifecycle journeys: Make the transition from Meta lead to challenge participant seamless. Own the tools and tracking that keep users engaged from first click through to the final product.

Your skills and experience

  • Meta Ads specialist: deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a proven track record of scaling paid spend for info-products, webinars or digital challenges.

  • Info-product mindset: you understand the story-driven nature of selling a challenge or transformation versus a standard SaaS product, and how to use urgency and value to drive sign-ups.

  • Analytical and numbers-driven: you live in analytics and base every decision on data. You can spot a leak in the funnel before it hits the bottom line.

  • Technical funnel builder: comfortable with Typeform, landing page builders and CRM software to build the infrastructure behind your funnels.

  • Creative strategist: you can spot a generic ad from a mile away. You know how to brief and iterate on high-performance creative that stops the scroll and converts.

  • Category experience: you've worked with audiences and campaigns across finance, crypto, trading, e-products or ecommerce.

  • Direct communicator: you write and speak clearly in UK English, have a bias to action and thrive in a lean, high-output team where you own the results.
