We are working with a leading national full-service firm that is seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Lawyer to join its top-tier team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with substantial healthcare regulatory and transactional experience to be part of a prestigious law firm renowned for its legal excellence and industry impact.

About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work with a distinguished firm representing Fortune 100 companies, innovative healthcare organizations, and emerging entities across the healthcare sector. You will engage in a dynamic practice, advising on regulatory compliance, evaluating risks in healthcare transactions, and negotiating high-level transactional documents. You will also be able to counsel clients on healthcare structures, including IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs while contributing to strategic initiatives and corporate governance.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare law, focusing on regulatory compliance and transactional matters.
  
• Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 firm.
  
• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
  
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and effectively.
  
• Strong leadership skills, a high work ethic, and a collaborative, action-oriented approach.
  
• Ability to work remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining a top-level practice.
