Part-Time Production Designer (Remote)

Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $32 - 37 per hourOur client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Production Designer for a 3-month contract to support a major division rebranding initiative. You will play a key role in updating existing digital, documentation, and print collateral to align with the new brand identity.This role requires a production-focused designer who excels at high-volume asset updates, brand consistency, and precise document editing. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple business units during standard business hours to clarify requirements, manage file handoffs, and ensure seamless delivery. Responsibilities:High-Volume Asset Updates: Revise brand name, logo, typography, and visual assets across existing collateral for four business units.Document & PDF Editing: Update technical documentation, quality documents, product spec sheets, and white papers.Light Digital & Marketing Design: Adapt marketing collateral and light digital assets to adhere to updated corporate branding guidelines.Onsite Signage Refresh: Reformat and update artwork for physical onsite signage and facilities collateral.Stakeholder Coordination: Participate in touchpoint meetings during standard EST working hours to review feedback, ask clarifying questions, and deliver completed files.File & Asset Management: Maintain organized source files, export publication-ready PDFs, and adhere to internal file management and version control procedures.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of professional production design, graphic design, or prepress experience.Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Adobe Acrobat Pro for advanced PDF editing.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to typography, formatting, layout consistency, and document structure across high-volume projects.Communication & Availability: Located in the US East Coast time zone (or able to work standard EST business hours) to facilitate real-time collaboration with stakeholders.Self-Directed: Ability to manage workload independently, hit project milestones, and communicate status updates proactively.
