We are looking for Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst-Contracts & Pricing to support our US team.
Location: Remote/Philippine Candidates
Employment Type: Full-time/Independent contractor
Duration: Long term
Shift: US Day shift


 
  • Responsibilities:
    Provide contracts and pricing support within SAP, with emphasis on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Price Uploader processes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on customer contracts and pricing agreements, supporting internal stakeholders and country resources.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to review quotations, pricing arrangements, and contract terms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely contract and pricing data entry in SAP systems.
  • Collaborate with country resources on contract creation, revisions, execution, renewals, expirations, and post-award adjustments.
  • Maintain and update regional price books and pricing databases.
  • Support internal district audits conducted by Finance and Accounting and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist in process improvements and operational support within the OTC and broader Finance & Accounting organization.
Demonstrate flexibility to support other F&A roles and responsibilities as business needs evolve
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Contract and Pricing within an Order to Cash (OTC) environment or similar finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of quotations, bids, proposals, order processing, and invoicing workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools for analyzing large datasets and managing documentation.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail
