Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, research, and engage prospective fashion sellers, brands, and high-potential partners.

  • Lead outreach efforts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate effective, commercially-minded conversations.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand seller and brand needs and communicate our unique marketplace value proposition effectively.

  • Support end-to-end onboarding, registration, activation, and early-stage incubation of new enterprise and commercial sellers.

  • Assess seller and brand potential, helping partners develop and execute strategic growth plans to scale sales performance and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) on the platform.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support, relationship optimisation, and long-term success for signed partners.

  • Monitor seller performance and identify opportunities for growth through product assortment expansion, promotional activity, creator collaborations, and platform adoption.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to seller acquisition, activation, retention, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth.


Experience/Qualifications: 


  • Proven full-cycle B2B sales development, business development, account management, or strategic partnership acquisition experience.

  • Exceptional command of English, with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable executing proactive outreach independently in a remote setting.

  • Experience within the fashion, apparel, accessories, footwear, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Experience in seller acquisition, merchant onboarding, account management, client success, or business development within a digital platform, marketplace, or e-commerce ecosystem.

  • Background in e-commerce, online marketplaces, social commerce, retail technology, or platform-based business models.

  • Understanding of how brands grow through digital commerce, creator partnerships, and marketplace platforms.
