The Multimedia Production Manager will lead the end-to-end creation of video, photo, and audio assets to amplify the organization's mission and impact. They are responsible for managing production logistics, maintaining digital asset libraries, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
FoodCorps seeks a Multimedia Production Manager to lead the creation of compelling creative assets – including video, photography, audio, and emerging digital formats – that showcase our mission and impact. You will bring our work to life by producing dynamic media that highlights our core programs, amplifying the stories of our school partnerships, leadership development, and policy advocacy. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end production and optimize content to resonate across diverse channels and audiences. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with the entire Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time, remote position and will require regular travel (up to 30%).
You are passionate about child nutrition, education, and food, and are eager to capture and share FoodCorps’ story with a wide range of audiences across diverse platforms. You bring a strong foundation in video, photography, and audio production, with the technical ability to produce both quick social content and compelling long-form narratives. You are comfortable meeting new people, conducting authentic interviews, and building trusted relationships with school partners, program participants, and external contractors. You have a sharp creative vision and know how to craft ethical, asset-based stories that align with brand standards and motivate audiences to take action. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel at managing complex logistics, production schedules, and digital asset libraries, while seamlessly guiding multiple projects from concept to final delivery.
