  • Implement interfaces and integrations based on approved designs and standards.

  • Build and configure integration components and ensure reliable operations.

  • Analyze requirements and propose practical, cost-effective implementation approaches.

  • Participate in customer workshops and working sessions to refine requirements and validate solutions.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Technical skills:
  • Proven experience delivering integrations within Microsoft ecosystem projects.

  • Hands-on experience with D365 integration capabilities (e.g., Dataverse API, OData, Business Events).

  • Solid understanding of API-based integrations (REST, JSON; basic understanding of SOAP/XML).

  • Clear understanding of authentication and security in integration scenarios (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, OAuth2).

  • Experience working in structured Agile environments using Azure DevOps (or similar) for source control, work tracking, and deployments.

  • Strong root-cause analysis skills and a solid grasp of how cloud-based integrations function in distributed systems.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points):
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, or basic Azure Functions).

  • Familiarity with event-driven patterns (messaging, pub/sub) and hybrid cloud/on-premise setups.

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and observability tools (e.g., Application Insights, logging).

  • Understanding of data transformation, mapping concepts, and middleware platforms.

Soft Skills & Language:
  • Strong communication skills – you can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A proactive learner who works independently on standard tasks but knows exactly when to collaborate on complex architecture decisions.

  • Professional Polish and English proficiency (at least B2+ level).

What's in it for you
  • Competitive compensation with annual salary reviews and the full flexibility to choose between an Employment Contract (UoP) or B2B cooperation.

  • A remote-first work environment with flexible working hours and a culture built on mutual trust.

  • Dedicated training budget and paid development time to deepen your expertise across Dynamics 365, Azure, and the broader Microsoft stack.

  • Private healthcare (Luxmed), life insurance, and the MyBenefit cafeteria platform (MultiSport, lunch and cinema vouchers, etc.).

  • A multinational, collaborative workplace where knowledge sharing is part of everyday work, supported by legendary team-building activities (like our annual Summer and X-mas Parties).

  • The chance to work alongside experienced consultants who are genuinely passionate about technology and customer success.

  • We celebrate diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
