We are looking to add another team member to help support our Northwest PA region.  This can be a remote position. We are seeking a Civil Engineer or an Environmental Engineer who can support civil storm water permitting.

You will collaborate with a team to manage and design projects on-time and on-budget and coordinate with other professionals including engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists. You will execute engineering and environmental tasks at the direction of a Regional Manager. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm for site safety, outstanding client service, a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices, and a desire to earn the confidence of clientele, company management/colleagues, and regulators.

Practice areas include:

  • Hydrology and hydraulics
  • Erosion and sedimentation controls
  • Storm water management controls
  • Land Development plans
  • Geotechnical evaluations
  • Highway occupancy permits
  • Construction specification development
  • Storm water & NPDES permitting

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Engineering license (PE, EIT)
  • 3-10 years field related experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
