We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on an unannounced project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Creating photorealistic materials for various use cases (tiling, decals, atlases, etc.).
Building and maintaining a high-quality PBR material library.
Collaborating on concepts and planning for locations and assets, contributing ideas and helping define their direction.
Working closely with Environment, Character, Concept Art, and Lighting teams to deliver consistent, high-quality materials.
Cooperating with Technical Artists to develop and optimize shaders.
Collaborating with Technical Artists develop and improve material pipelines.
Planning and working with scanned data.
Creating high-quality materials using tools - Substance Designer, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.
Working closely with the Art Director and Lead to achieve a consistent look for the visuals.
Creating documentation to support workflows and processes.
Mentoring and supporting other artists.
Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.
Collaborating with the production team on scope and scheduling.
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience and at least one shipped AAA title.
A portfolio showcasing realistic, high-quality, game-ready materials and textures.
Strong skills in procedural material creation software (Adobe Substance 3D Designer).
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools.
Experience with prototyping and creating master materials in engine.
Solid skills in at least one major modeling package (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, etc.).
Good knowledge of colour theory and lighting technical specifications.
Strong understanding of physically based rendering practices (PBR).
Experience with the Photogrammetry asset creation workflow and mentoring other team members in this area.
Fluent in English.
Fixed-term contract.
