SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Manual QA Engineer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

Purpose of the role:

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by applying industry-standard QA practices and tools.

You’ll collaborate closely with development and product teams to design, execute, and optimize test plans across the full software development lifecycle.

Your work will help identify and resolve issues early, drive continuous improvements in testing processes, and contribute to seamless, high-quality product releases.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze feature requirements and proactively participate in planning sessions;

  • Prepare test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);


  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Android/iOS), and PWAs;

  • Actively participate in feature acceptance processes before releases;


  • Maintain and update the test base in TestRail;


  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily, grooming, retro, planning);


  • Communicate with developers, designers, and the PO regarding identified issues;


  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and internal standards;


Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance;

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;

  • Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;

  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, Zephyr);

  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

  • Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques;

  • Proficiency in defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira);

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., gambling, banking, health tech);

  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality;

  • Experience using AI tools for QA activities

  • Good spoken and written English communication skills (B2+ or higher);

  • Russian – native-level proficiency.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO);

  • Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android);
