Job Summary:
As the Manager of IT Infrastructure at Creative Chaos, you will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring a secure, efficient, and scalable environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, managing infrastructure projects, and supporting the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and lead the IT infrastructure team to ensure reliability and performance of all IT systems.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high levels of security and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for infrastructure products and services.
  • Ensure effective disaster recovery and data backup procedures are in place for all systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.
  • Oversee infrastructure budgets, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing resource use.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to ensure infrastructure is modern and effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards
  • Experience implementing and managing G Suite, Slack, password manager, Atlassian products, CMS tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, AWS, VMware) are a plus.
