In this role, you'll assist clients with coordinating personalized travel experiences, organizing reservation information, and providing ongoing guidance to help ensure each journey is planned smoothly from start to finish.

This position is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy assisting others, managing details, and working in a flexible, remote-first environment. Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, retail, or scheduling can be beneficial, but it is not required—comprehensive training and continuous support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel planning needs, preferences, and scheduling requests
  • Coordinate travel elements such as hotels, cruises, flights, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Research options and compare availability using approved supplier platforms and booking systems
  • Prepare and maintain organized reservation details, confirmations, and itinerary information
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms in a professional manner
  • Handle booking updates, itinerary modifications, and ongoing follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate and structured client records within internal systems
  • Stay informed on supplier updates, destination highlights, and promotional opportunities
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training programs, and ongoing development activities
