Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient health and report changes to the appropriate nursing staff
Perform assessments and document patient care accurately
Assist with activities of daily living as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
Provide compassionate care while promoting patient dignity and independence
This is a remote opportunity, must have clean MVR
QUALIFICATIONS
Current LPN license in the applicable state
Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
CPR certification preferred or required, depending on facility
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
