We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality nursing care and support to our patients/residents.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the appropriate nursing staff
- Perform assessments and document patient care accurately
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
- Provide compassionate care while promoting patient dignity and independence
- This is a remote opportunity, must have clean MVR
- Current LPN license in the applicable state
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- CPR certification preferred or required, depending on facility
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
